So I have finally realised after all this time of telling you how amazing and wonderful the National Rehabilitation Hospital cookbook is I hadn't even put the link up for you guys to buy your own .....

This is the cookbook itself :

It contains 85 recipes from sweet treats to fish to chicken and even meat - Each recipe was submitted by a member of staff or a patient with a bit of backstory to them.

• Books can be posted to customers abroad
• People in Ireland can pick up a copy in the National Rehabilitation Hospital coffee shop or can equally have them posted to them.
• Payments are taken in the form of : Cash, Bank Lodgement, Cheque or Online.

Each book costs 15 euro each
